Instructions:

  1. Place Tozzy Ashwagandha Pyramid Tea Bags in a heatproof pitcher or jar.

  2. Pour hot (not boiling) water over the tea bags, covering them completely.

  3. Steep the Ashwagandha tea for about 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags and discard them.

  4. Stir in honey or maple syrup until dissolved.

  5. Add ground cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, and cloves to the pitcher, stirring well to infuse the flavors.

  6. Allow the tea to cool slightly before serving.

  7. Optionally, add a splash of milk or non-dairy milk of choice to each cup before pouring in the tea for a creamy finish.

  8. Pour the Ashwagandha Bliss Brew into cups and savor the warm and comforting flavors.

  9. Serve while comfortably warm and enjoy the spice flavors.

This aromatic herbal tea combines ashwagandha with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and other warming spices.

Before Using Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is not appropriate for everyone. Avoid it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take medication or have a health condition, consult a qualified clinician before use. These recipes are for culinary preparation, not treatment.
